Challenge dates
The Back-To-School Supply Challenge starts now, and ends on September 5th, 2016 at 11:59pm ET. Top creations will be selected and announced by the 6th at 3PM. Good Luck!

Challenges are back! The first challenge this school year is all about getting ready for class... with 3D printed school supplies! Why buy when you can 3D print?

Polar 3D is encouraging makers and students to create unique and awesome school supplies for the classroom or home office that will help you make this school year fun and efficient!

Starting now until September 5th at 11:59PM, join us to create the tools you want to use in your classroom or home office. Do you ever think "If only I had the perfect _____ and then I could do my work so much better"? Well here's your chance to make that perfect tool for you! You can use any software that can produce .STL files to design your supplies (see details below). The goal here is to inspire students and teachers to have fun and improve their work environments.

You'll be making an awesome school supply to be judged by the Polar team. You could make something entirely customized (like your school mascot as a pencil topper), or insanely useful (like a beautiful pencil case), or even something no school supplier has ever dreamed of (backpack lock to prevent dogs from eating homework???), as long as you make it yourself! Honorable mentions will be judged and featured over the two weeks, with an overall winner & runners-up picked on September 6th!

Upload an .stl file & picture of the finished print, and/or timelapse video for submission. Get to printing!
